CARRIE SCHWARZ     CEO

​

Carrie has spent over twenty years in the financial industry, including serving as a senior portfolio manager, founding and managing a hedge fund as well as establishing and managing a proprietary trading department for a major financial institution.  She started her career at Bear Stearns then joining American Partners LP, a hedge fund that focused on Risk Arbitrage. She became the Head of Research and a Partner. In 1991 she left American Partners LP to launch Athena Investment Partners LP, a hedge fund focused on special situations. In 1999 Ms. Schwarz closed Athena Investment Partners LP at its peak performance and assets under management to join Banc of America Securities where she built and managed their proprietary Risk Arbitrage Department. After the birth of her son, Carrie left Banc of America and became a Senior Portfolio Manager at Metropolitan Capital Advisors. Carrie founded Revolutionary Tracker in 2012 and presently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Carrie is on the board of Weizmann Institute of Science and is very involved in numerous organizations that benefit children, seniors and families.

MATT KASSIN      CRO

Matt  is a Co-Founder, Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Sales Executive of Revolutionary Tracker. Matt has worked with several world class companies in digital technology and interactive spaces within ad tech, data analytics and mobile markets generating high level business alliances and revenue generating partnerships. He directed Strategic Sales Technology Solutions for DoubleClick and then for 24/7 Real Media, working in similar capacities for a division of ValueClick and Bogen Communications. In his current capacity as Chief Revenue Officer, Matt’s focus is to engage key target market segments, building channels of distribution for the many different consumer demographics and end users Revolutionary Tracker will pursue. Business development in the global arena will also be high on Matt’s priority list as well as solidifying multi-national enterprise and commercial partnerships that will give Revolutionary Tracker a strong international market presence.

MICHAEL MUSIAL      CTO

​

Michael is the lead technologist and Solutions Architect/Engagement Manager with over 25 years of technical/operational consulting, specializing in contact centers, commercial application projects and cloud computing extensions.  Michael has led and mentored project teams from both technical and functional perspectives. He has managed multiple development teams to achieve performance with diverse industry and technology skills. He has excellent communication, analytical, and team building skills. He is able to plan, coordinate, budget, and control projects that are both highly visible and complex. Michael has managed and built several multi-million dollar management call center infrastructures for clients that include: Nevada Energy, CVS/Caremark, Allstate, and Talk America. One of his projects won a CRM Excellence award in 2005.

GREG DRECHSLER, CPA     CFO

​

From 2007 to 2016, Greg worked at Metropolian Capital Advisors, a New York hedge fund, as Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He is currently consulting as a CFO for a private family office. From 2001 to 2007, Greg worked at Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters and it’s Veridex oncology diagnostics unit. In 2000 he was VP of Administration at Homes.com. From 1994 to 2000 Greg was VP of Mergers & Acquisitions and Manager of Financial Analysis at Cendant. He earned his CPA while working as a Senior Auditor from 1991 to 1994 at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Greg graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1991 from Villanova University with a BS in Accounting.

TRACY YOUNG             Data Scientist


Tracy has 25 years of analysis, trading, and operations experience.  From 1997 to 2016, she worked at Metropolitan Capital Advisors, Inc. developing financial models for potential and existing investments.  She created and employed models to analyze option strategies and researched companies and sectors to support portfolio managers and analysts.  From 1992 to 1997 Tracy was employed by Gresham Asset. Management as an analyst and trader responsible for monitoring and managing the commodities portfolios at the firm.
